The roleAs a Building Surveyor, youll step into a role packed with variety, impact, and opportunities to grow.
Heres what youll be doing:
- Shape Iconic Projects: Work across diverse sectors, contributing to projects that redefine spaces and leave a lasting legacy. From large-scale developments to bespoke refurbishments, no two assignments will be the same.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs, delivering tailored solutions that exceed expectations while helping to grow new and repeat business.
- Drive Excellence: Take the lead on project management and contract administration, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
- Investigate and Innovate:Conduct condition and measured surveys, analyze building defects, and prepare detailed reports and specifications that guide transformative improvements.
- Bring Designs to Life: Create and implement design solutions for small to medium-sized projects, using cutting-edge tools and methodologies like BIM Level 2 to deliver exceptional results.
- Inspire and Mentor:Share your knowledge by coaching junior Building Surveyors, contributing to their development through active participation in our industry-recognized APC program.

What you'll need to succeedEducational Background: BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or a related field.
Professional Accreditation: Membership with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is preferred.
Experience: Demonstrated experience in building surveying, with a strong understanding of construction methods and building pathology.
Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and client relationship skills.
